Jambrosia raspberry Wheat ale Jambrosia is the name of our rotating fruit beer series.  This version is a translucent, delicate rose coloured wheat ale dominated by red raspberry aroma, refreshing light fruit flavour and pink-tinged head.  A hint of orange peel is detectable in the dry finish.   Returning May 2021… 5.2% ABV | 17.3 IBU — Jambrosia raspberry Wheat ale

Icefields Belgian-Inspired Pale Ale

Inspired by the new wave of Belgian brewers experimenting with Pacific Northwest-Style hopping, we have combined our favourite Belgian yeast with a generous amount of hops to achieve a delicious hybrid pale ale.

6% ABV | 46 IBU | 8 SRM

Hops: Magnum, Perle, Cascade

Malts: Pale (2-row), Crystal, Munich

Yeast: Belgian

Directissima Dubbel

The most direct route up a rock face. A strong Belgian-style dubbel featuring a gloriously deep reddish-brown colour with rich malty flavours of raisins, dark fruit and sweet brown bread.

7.7% ABV | 21 IBU | 23 SRM

Hops: Saaz, Sterling

Additions: Candi Syrup

Malts: Pilsner, Vienna, Chocolate

Yeast: Belgian

Sickbird NW Pale Ale

Speed, exposure and total commitment - reserved for those super-rowdy runs subject to no judging criteria and no numbered score. Salute the Sickbird with our quenchable citrusy-hop packed northwest pale ale.

Our take on a Belgian-style tripel combines a cranium-liberating blend of Saaz and Amarillo hops with candi syrup and continental Pilsner malt. Deceptively potent but approachable, with a deep golden straw colour and a dry finish.
